According to WCS, the IP trading turret system will replace Zion’s legacy turret system and will work seamlessly with a Red Box voice recording software application and the bank’s Cisco CUCM enterprise voice system.

The WCS solution is a software-oriented, server-based platform which enables trading firms to offer traders and trade support teams the latest multimedia communications capabilities; conform to corporate security policy and industry regulatory mandates; reduce space, power and cooling requirements.
