Initially, Xpress Money will roll out its cash to cash service to customers in both regions using Money Express’s established network and remittance infrastructure, while other services will be launched later.

As per the planned roll out, services will be introduced in Senegal, Cote ‘d’ Ivoire, Benin, Togo, Burkina Faso, Mali, Niger in West Africa and Cameroon, Tchad, D R Congo and Congo Brazzaville in Central Africa.

Xpress Money vice president and business head Sudhesh Giriyan said that the company decided to roll out its remittance services in West & Central Africa, as the region offers better potential for business growth.

"With migration being on the rise, the remittances received here is sure to reach a new high in the next few years," Giriyan added.
