Wolters Kluwer Financial Services has released the second edition of its ‘Practical Guide to Bank Compliance’, a reference book that offers bank compliance professionals to understand the explanations of key lending and deposit regulations.
The latest version of the guide features five new chapters in addition to the original 10 that have been updated. New content focuses on helping banks comply with Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA), Expedited Funds Availability Act (EFAA) and flood hazard requirements.
James Bork, author of the publication and senior editor of Wolters Kluwer Financial Services’ Banking Compliance Library, said: “By providing readers with comprehensive information for each regulation, the practical guide can help novice and seasoned compliance professionals alike make well-informed decisions regarding law and regulatory compliance issues at their financial institutions.”
