The Western Union Company has appointed Michael Salop as senior vice president, Investor Relations. Mr. Salop joins Western Union from Mattel, where he most recently served as treasurer and senior vice president for investor relations. Prior to joining Mattel, he worked as an analyst for Gateway Investment Advisors of Cincinnati, Ohio.
