Westchester Bank has received regulatory approval from the New York State Banking Department and the FDIC, to open its second branch in Westchester County. Reportedly, the new branch will be located at 464 Mamaroneck Avenue in downtown White Plains, which was formerly a branch for Washington Mutual, and is expected to open in late fall.
