Ms Darlene’s responsibilities include running the bank’s San Clemente main branch office and helping to grow the bank’s commercial client base in South Orange county. Previously, she was senior vice president and relationship manager at Vineyard Bank.
The bank also announced that two other members would be joining the banking team and they are Troy Kendrick and Sandy Hutchinson. Mr Kendrick joins the bank as vice president/assistant manager and he will assist Ms Ryan in running the bank’s San Clemente branch and be involved with account relationships and customer service. Ms Hutchinson will manage the bank’s cash management services, including the bank’s remote deposit capture program. Roy Lewis, the bank’s senior vice president will be the team’s primary lender.
Dave Adams, executive vice president, said: In my 25 years in the banking industry. I have never seen a branch manager or business development officer with better customer service skills than Darlene.
