Based in New York City, McQuilkin will be responsible for leading the team that develops and executes advisory activities for clients within the Industrials client base.
He will report to John Laughlin, head of Mergers and Acquisitions at Wells Fargo.
McQuilkin brings over 20 years of M&A experience and knowledge to his new position. Prior to joining Wells Fargo Securities, he was managing director of M&A and head of Metals & Mining Investment Banking Coverage at Deutsche Bank Securities.
From 1987 to 2006, he worked at JP Morgan Chase & Company, his most recent position being managing director and head of Industrials M&A, There he led the general industrial business and specialized in natural resources.
Laughlin said Kevin brings a wealth of capability, experience, relationships and energy that will benefit their clients greatly and accelerate the development of their Industrials M&A practice.
