In this role, Ms Hoynes will focus on building the Webster brand and ensuring alignment across all customer channels. Additionally, she will manage the bank’s advertising agency relationships. Ms Hoynes will report to Patricia Sze Benash, senior vice president for marketing division.

Prior to joining Webster, Ms Hoynes ran her own marketing consulting business where she handled digital campaigns and program launches for companies such as Nestle Waters North America and Pedigree, and provided marketing support to Victorinox Swiss Army.

Ms Hoynes has earned a Bachelor of Arts in political and social thought, with concentrations in marketing, media and communications, from the University of Virginia and graduated with honors.
