Most recently, Mr Masterson was with Grant Thornton, an accounting, tax and business advisory firm, where he was the partner-in-charge for all of the firm’s services and activities at its Woodland Hills office in California.
Brad Cowie, who was serving as the interim CFO, will resume his full-time duties as chief risk officer of the bank. Don Lafler, a former CFO of the bank will continue to serve in an advisory role with the bank.
