DNA capitalizes on Open Solutions’ universal data model and design, while increasing workflow, flexibility and productivity.
The platform was built on Oracle relational database and will provide the flexibility necessary for running a service-oriented financial institution, said Open Solutions.
In addition to the DNA platform, Capital Community Bank will use several other Open Solutions products, including its image-based item processing solutions including branch and merchant capture; Financial Accounting Suite (FAS); cView Report Writer; Digital Documents Systems (DDS); Maxxar Telephony Solutions; the Pre-Conversion Best Practices Assessment; and Raddon Financial Group’s Strategic Performance Review.
Capital Community Bank president Harley Jacobs said that the Open Solutions’ DNA platform has the open architecture and ease of use among applications Capital Community was looking for while pointing to specific cost savings over its prior platform. With this new platform, Capital Community expects to continue providing exceptional service.
