Vericimetry Advisors chief operating officer Carlos Elizondo said as the firm conducted its search for a service provider, the compelling factor that drew to UMB was their experience in helping emerging managers with their fund launches.

UMB Fund Services, through UMB Bank offers administration and fund accounting, investor services and transfer agency, marketing and distribution and custody services.
According to the agreement, UMBFS will cater accounting, administration, transfer agency, statutory distribution and fulfillment services for the fund.
Apart from the aforesaid services, custody services will be provided by UMBFS’ affiliate, UMB Bank, said the service provider to the fund.
