Global Payments Europe Sarajevo will provide the bank with card processing services including authorization, card management, fraud monitoring and prevention, card personalization and point of sale terminal network management.
Mustafa Bektic, CEO of Global Payments Europe Sarajevo, said that the agreement is the first with a new banking client since Global Payments acquired the assets of Diginet.
VABA Bank Sarajevo is a newly established bank in Bosnia Herzegovina, which was formed after its parent bank, VABA Banka acquired the assets of Ljubljanska Banka.
