User can avail the facility by enrolling from their existing Visa and other payment card accounts, enabling payment for online purchases with their debit or credit cards through a PC or mobile device.
The bank retail payment solutions chief marketing officer Clifford Cook said, "V.me presents a new service for our customers that addresses the growing consumer desire to shop online from any device with ease and simplicity."
The payment processed under this service will be protected within the payments technology provider’s network, the lender said.
