The new navigation will look to make the bank’s online services more relevant to users, while offering extras that go beyond rival lenders’ services.

Included in the new vision will be ‘microsites’, which will provide guides to products and tailored advice for customers. According to the Brand Republic report, one such site will be called ‘money made simple’ and it will provide useful money saving tips for readers.

Agency.com, which worked on Sainsbury’s Bank’s original site three years ago, will also be tasked with updating the website’s livery to bring it in-line with the company’s new branding.
