Abrahamian previously served as vice president, treasurer and CFO of Center Bancorp, the holding company of Union Center National Bank, based in New Jersey.
In his 29-year banking career, Abrahamian held various senior management positions with Synergy Financial Group, PNC Bank and United National Bancorp.
Werner most recently served as executive vice president and COO of QNB Bank, a 10 branch bank headquartered in Quakertown, Pennsylvania. He served that institution for more than 24 year.
He was also an associate of Littlewood, Shain & Company, a bank consulting firm based in Pennsylvania for more than six years.
