With more than twenty-seven years of banking experience, Mr Bartram will oversee the bank’s entire SBA lending division and its loan production offices.
Prior to joining Temecula Valley Bank, Mr Bartram managed the Small Business Administration (SBA) division of US Bank and its 24 SBA business centers in 24 states. He is a graduate of San Diego State University where he majored in finance and minored in economics.
