Sun National Bank, a subsidiary of New Jersey-based Sun Bancorp, has promoted Art Hornak from vice president and project manager of Sun Financial Services, to senior vice president and project manager. Sun Financial Services is the bank’s consumer investment services division.
Reportedly, in this role, Mr. Hornak will continue to oversee the consumer investment representatives that serve Sun customers throughout New Jersey. He is expected to manage financial executives’ daily operations, including sales and management of annuities, mutual funds and life insurance policies. Additionally, he works closely with his team to build and maintain meaningful relationships, and provides customers with personalized investment strategies that best fit their needs.
The bank has stated that he brings nearly 25 years of experience to his position. Prior to joining Sun in 1998, he served as vice president and sales manager with BankMark, formerly Conseco, Mellon Financial, New Jersey.
