The newly offered solution powers the core banking platofrm with Fiserv XP2 core mobile banking, enhanced strong ID authentication mobile security and a seamless path to NFC contactless payment technology.

It provides a comprehensive suit of features delivered to Star One members through mobile application, a mobile website and/or text messaging.

The tool provides customers to check balances, review account history, funds transfers, GPS enabled Branch and ATM location lookup and custom SMS alerts.

It also caters mobile remote deposit capture (mRDC) feature, empowering users to use a mobile phone’s onboard camera to photograph a cheque and remotely deposit the funds in real-time.

The solution allows members to monitor loan, certificate, and savings rates and are alerted through text messages, based upon thresholds the end user selects.

The system detects anomalies, and Star One member service representatives are immediately alerted to any suspicious or fraudulent activity, said the firm.
