Banc Intranets is a major provider of secure, web-based enterprise content management solutions for financial institutions.

Based in Odessa, Texas, SouthWest Bank ($330m in assets) began its search for an intranet after receiving requests from employees to increase communications and centralize information to make it more accessible and organized across its six branches.

SouthWest Bank scheduled a demo of BancWorks, asking that a representative from each of its departments attend to ensure that everyone’s feedback was taken into consideration. Upon completion, the staff was collectively impressed with its ticketing system, ability to centralize the employee directory, manage internal surveys, schedule training initiatives and other key reporting functionalities.
