Schroder said that the partnership will provide a platform for investors to invest across Europe.

The partnership will also offer Viveris REIM’s expertise in French real estate assets, as well as Schroder Property team expertise in other European markets.

Schroder Property has more than 90 people based in nine offices across Europe with more than €10bn assets under management.

Schroder Property investment management global head of fund management Neil Turner said that this is another exciting development for the property business in Europe
