According to FIS, the deployment has enabled the bank to expand its ATM network by more than 15% in just three months.

The effectiveness and performance of real-time payments processing has become an essential component of the success of financial institutions. IST/Switch is now central to the delivery of this high level service to Sacombank’s ATM network.

The solution supports multiple transaction types and its flexible and open architecture accelerates development and product launches, which have helped Sacombank expand its ATM network from 600 to more than 700 in just three months post deployment, FIS claimed.

The deployment has also reduced the bank’s recurring IT expenditure on its switch infrastructure, while simultaneously strengthened its IT infrastructure.

Sacombank deputy CEO Nguyen Dang Thanh said they have achieved excellent results through their relationship with FIS.
