The Russell group transformed the status of its Paris division to float an independent management company, with a strategy to expand its footprint in the country.
In 2012, the company has €3bn in assets under management and has been trading in France since 1994, according to the company.
Apart from offering additional financial and regulatory reporting services, CACEIS will support its development and help to create new products.
