Prior to joining ROTH Capital, deNey was working with Needham & Company as managing director and head of mergers and acquisitions for the past eight years.

deNey started his banking career with M&A Group of First Boston Corporation where he was involved in a number of high profile and complex transactions.

Prior to Needham, deNey was senior vice president of strategy and development at EDS and chief strategy and development officer at Scient.
