Reyl & Co (UK) has appointed Teofilo Masera as managing director in the corporate advisory & structuring department in London.

Prior to this, he worked for Morgan Stanley in London, Riyadh and Dubai for nearly 14 years.

Teofilo Masera, who has over 20 years of experience in investment banking both in Europe and in the Middle East, specialized in corporate finance.

Masera started his career in 1990 as an analyst working on a number of M&A transactions for Enskilda Securities in London. He then worked in the corporate finance department of SG Warburg overseeing a number of IPOs and capital market transactions.

In 1998, he joined the investment banking division of Morgan Stanley.

Reyl & Cie has opened a new office in London in 2013 following the firm’s expansion in Hong Kong and Singapore.

The bank recently said it is aiming to reach £500m ($765m) AuM in London by 2016.
