Bilous will be based in Kiev and will assume responsibility for the day-to-day management of Renaissance Capital’s investment banking and finance franchise in Ukraine and CEE.
He will have joint oversight over Renaissance’s operations in the region, along with Roman Nasirov, head of the firm’s Equity and Debt Products Group and Co-CEO in Ukraine and CEE.
Bilous joins Renaissance Capital from UBS Investment Bank, where he was in charge of UBS’s Ukrainian business.
Prior to joining UBS in 2005, Bilous worked at SARS Capital, a Kiev-based M&A boutique specializing in cross-border M&A transactions.
