In his new role, Rosen will manage government lending programs across the 16 states, and will report to Lynetta Steed, head of business and community banking, according to the bank.

He will be the bank’s liaison to the US Small Business Administration (SBA), the Farmers Home Administration (FmHA), the US Department of Agriculture (USDA), and various Certified Development Companies (CDCs).

Having over 25 years in financial services, he joins Regions Bank from Rosen Advisors, a consulting practice serving the retail and commercial banking industry.

Before that, he held business banking leadership roles at both Huntington Bank and US Bank, and most recently served as executive vice president, business banking director for Huntington Bank.

Regions Bank is a subsidiary of Regions Financial, which has $122bn in assets, and provides consumer and commercial banking, wealth management, mortgage, and insurance products and services.
