Under terms of the deal, ReD’s merchant customers can gain access of TeleSign phone identification and verification services from its Shield customer service interface.

The services, which comprise TeleSign PhoneID Standard, PhoneID Contact, PhoneID Live and TeleSign Verify, will enable merchants’ fraud verification agents to check information provided and assess the risks associated with individual orders.

It also offers cost effective identity checks and expedites authentication on a global level, according to the company.
