RBC Dexia Investor Services has appointed Steven Braithwaite as director of foreign exchange trading to lead a team of FX traders around the globe.
Based in London, he will report to Morgan McDonnell, head of foreign exchange, and facilitate continued product expansion and increased market coverage for RBC Dexia, both regionally and across time zones.
Mr Braithwaite joins RBC Dexia from Saxo Bank Capital Markets in Copenhagen, where he was global head of foreign exchange trading.
Mr McDonnell said: “We are delighted that Mr. Braithwaite is joining us as we add to the growth of our FX business by both product and geography. He brings a wealth of experience to the position, not least in Asian markets where we continue to expand.”
RBC Dexia offers foreign exchange services that include both direct and automated access to its dealing desks, integrated with the relevant settlement systems.
