Mr Fleming’s focus will be to continue to build RBC’s US investment bank – its business, team and client relationships – in a coordinated way across the organization to take advantage of links between geographies, divisions, client groups and product teams.
Mr Fleming, throughout his over 20 years career with RBC, has held various senior roles in the firm’s global investment banking and global debt markets businesses, including his most recent responsibilities as the head of global syndicated & leveraged finance and global infrastructure.
