RBC has appointed Vijay Parmar as president of RBC Phillips Hager & North Investment Counsel (RBC PH&N IC), a Canada based private client firm. Reportedly, Mr. Parmar will begin his new role in mid-September, 2009. He joined RBC Dominion Securities in 1994 and most recently served as branch manager, vice president and director, RBC Dominion Securities, in Vancouver.
