The company has unveiled its new global Market Products & Services (MPS) business model, offering clients access to multiple portfolio solutions under one umbrella.

In his new role, d’Albrand will be responsible for product management and development for both securities lending and stock borrowing and will be located in London.

d’Albrand previously worked with Societe Generale and Newedge, holding senior positions in their investment management and services, investment banking and brokerage units.

In addition to d’Albrand’s appointment, RBC Dexia’s Global MPS management team includes several other organizational changes.

Morgan McDonnell assumes the new role of head of global foreign exchange, cash & credit markets.

RBC Dexia’s Foreign Exchange and Cash & Investment Finance (IF) product management and development teams will merge into this single unit under McDonnell’s leadership.

Susan Coleman, currently head of Cash & IF Product Management becomes head of Cross – Product Initiatives.

In her new role, Coleman will be responsible for the MPS cross-product collateral management strategy as well as other strategic initiatives that help accelerate RBC Dexia’s long-term growth plan.

RBC Dexia’s Global MPS team provides securities lending, foreign exchange, credit, finance and cash management services to clients and in the new model, all service delivery roles will be consolidated into one team.

Fay Coroneos, formerly head of Risk & Investment Analytics, becomes head of MPS Service Delivery and will lead the team.

Blair McPherson, currently head of Portfolio Solutions, has been appointed head of Market Product Innovation.

In his new role, McPherson will be responsible for designing, developing and managing client-focused products – from idea origination through to prototyping and implementation.
