Lane, the former chairman and CEO of Lane Berry & Co, will join as Vice Chairman of investment banking at Raymond James Investment Banking group. Berry, the former President of Lane Berry, will join as Managing Director and co-Head of Raymond James’ Merger & Acquisition, as part of the agreement along with other senior professionals.
