The new flexible and multi-channel technology will enhance online banking experience for customers in Africa, while its functionality will offer a significant competitive advantage against rivals.
Rawbank e-banking project manager Joseph Ly said that the new technology will enable the lender to immediately comply with the legal requirements for national money transfer.
The online banking platform fulfills both corporate and retail businesses’ requirements and can be easily incorporated with the legacy software products and existing infrastructure, the technology company said.
Adoption of the new technology will also enable the bank to differentiate its services and boost customer retention, which has been fading owing to use of traditional online banking technology.
