Property investment company Raven Russia has signed a £1m outsourced IT management services contract with London-based IT infrastructure and IT managed services provider Fifosys.

According to the company, Fifosys has been selected by Raven Russia to provide a full IT management services outsourcing that includes IT managed services for all application and communications management and all IT infrastructure services for Raven Russia’s staff which are spread across its facilities in Guernsey, London, Cyprus, Moscow and other CIS countries in which Raven Russia operates.

Under the contract, Fifosys will manage Raven Russia’s risk and provide an IT infrastructure which minimises its vulnerability by centralising its data in the UK, while providing secure, high speed and immediate access to its senior executives and management.

The company said that it will have access to a team of more than 20 IT staff from Fifosys to manage all of its IT services. Fifosys’ is providing Raven Russia with a supported outsourced application and IT managed services, business management, budgeting and planning which includes all of its IT, networking, server management, security, business applications and telephony, VOIP, support and maintenance.
