Budapest-based QUANTIS Investment Management is an independent multi-manager which belongs to the BROKERNET Group, Hungary’s financial advisory organization.
The transaction will allow QUANTIS Investment and LGT Capital to develop their business in Eastern Europe.
As part of the agreement, QUANTIS Investment Management will be responsible for the regional distribution of LGT Capital Management’s multiple funds in Hungary.
QUANTIS Investment Management CEO Akos Sarandi said that we can leverage the expertise of LGT Group in private banking to deliver innovative solutions to our clients. Under the strategic partnership LGT Group intends to develop new products with QUANTIS Investment Management.
The transaction is subject to authority approval.
