The brokerage is the first in Arkansas to affiliate with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, a brand that now counts more than 32,000 agents and 1,011 offices in 47 states since its launch a year ago.

"This is the brand opportunity of a lifetime," said Broker/Owner Jim Brandon. "Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices’ namesake is Berkshire Hathaway Inc., one of the world’s most trusted and respected corporations. We are more than ready for the opportunity and responsibility to represent this exciting brand in greater Bentonville."

Brandon added the brand will resonate well in his marketplace, which enjoys a growing economy fueled by the presence of large and influential businesses. "Our real estate market is healthy with strong demand for corporate relocation," he explained. "Our clients will clearly understand the marketing potential and appeal of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, and they will appreciate the trust, integrity, stability and longevity for which it stands."

Broker/Owner Scott Waymire said the brand will help Solutions Real Estate grow and recruit. The brokerage wants to expand into neighboring Bella Vista and is always looking for top agents, Waymire added. "Practically anyone in business knows and respects the Berkshire Hathaway name," he said. "We believe our market’s best real estate professionals will want to represent our new brand – it’s true ‘door-opener.’"

With the transition, Solutions Real Estate agents gain access to the Global Network Platform, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices’ powerful suite of real estate tools and resources, plus ongoing business consultation, professional education, national marketing support and the Luxury Collection program for high-end listings. "The industry’s best technology is now in the hands of our market’s finest agents," Waymire said. "This includes lead generation, a terrific mobile app and additional resources powered by the cleanest, most accurate real estate information available."

Solutions Real Estate commemorated its transition yesterday with a ribbon-cutting ceremony at its Bentonville headquarters. HSF Affiliates CEO Earl Lee participated in the event as did members of local chambers of commerce and other officials. In addition, the brokerage will mark its transition today at its headquarters with an Open House celebration and barbeque for agents, constituents and local officials.

Lee welcomed the brokerage to Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices. "Solutions Real Estate sets high standards for local-market expertise and customer care," he said. "We’re proud this fine company represents our network in Arkansas."
