Citi’s Fund Governance Portal will allow clients to easily access core legal documents and efficiently manage workflow related to regulatory filings, compliance policies and procedures and corporate governance matters.
The regulatory administration support services, part of Citi’s end-to-end value proposition for ETF managers, includes custody, trustee, accounting, administration, and liquidity. It also includes primary and secondary market trading solutions that are focused on clients’ specific challenges and customized to their individual needs.
ProShares Trust and ProFunds chairman Michael Sapir said Citi has been providing fund accounting, fund administration, transfer agency and regulatory administration services for their mutual funds.
ProShares was found in 1997 and offers more than 120 ETFs.
