Mr Flomen has been appointed as vice president and will be responsible for business development and for sourcing middle-market commercial borrowers, based in Toronto. Mr Flomen has 12 years of experience in asset-based lending, most recently with Accord Financial Group.

Mr Hiscock has been appointed as vice president and will be responsible for business development and for sourcing middle-market commercial borrowers, based in Toronto. He brings to the position 13 years experience in asset-based lending, most recently with CIT Business Credit Canada.

Mr Sharp has been appointed as vice president, responsible for business development and for sourcing middle-market commercial borrowers in Quebec and eastern Canada, based in Montreal. He brings to PNC 30 years of experience in asset-based, corporate and structured finance, most recently with Wachovia.
