With considerable expertise in the financial and professional services industries, Mr. Breeden and Mr. Radke are expected to strengthen the bank’s strategic relationships in Charlotte and the surrounding business communities.

Mr. Breeden founded The Woodbury Group in 1998, bringing his experience as a senior-level banker to executive recruitment searches within investment banking, capital markets and investment management. Prior to starting The Woodbury Group, Breeden was a partner with an executive search firm, and played several capital market roles within First Union Corporation. Mr. Radke is the Charlotte Office Managing Partner at the CPA firm, McGladrey & Pullen. He is a Carolinas practice assurance leader and a member of the firm’s statewide functional leadership team. For more than 30 years, he has served the needs of clients in the manufacturing, wholesale and retail distribution sector, and the service sector.
