The Palmetto Bank implemented Integrated Services package that includes Diebold’s currency management solution to track and analyze cash movement and replenishment across the entire network. To boost its marketing presence, The Palmetto Bank also chose Diebold’s RemoteLink. It delivers advertising and couponing screen graphics to ATMs to provide targeted marketing campaigns directly to customers while eliminating the time and expense necessary to manually distribute the files.
The Palmetto Bank also implemented Advisor ATM status monitoring, which boosts uptime by delivering specific, detailed messages directly from the ATM about low cash or receipt paper levels, card reader problems and printer paper jams, and first- and second-line maintenance by technicians who offer 24/7 support for everything from preventative maintenance to parts replacement and repair.
Further, the bank deployed software deployment, which helps keep the institution’s ATM fleet current on critical software updates. The software also assists The Palmetto Bank in remaining compliant with the Payment Card Industry (PCI) Security Standards.
