Mr Snow has 20 years of experience in banking. Most recently, he was with First National Bank of Salinas as vice president of small business administration and wholesale commercial real estate lending.
Previously, he was with Bank of America as vice president and assistant regional sales manager and with Wells Fargo Bank as assistant vice president and business financial officer.
