Orange Bank will provide customers with real-time balances, mobile payment, innovative uses and virtual adviser round the clock.

The new banking service allow customers to pay either with their bank card or their mobile, send money by SMS, check their bank balance in real time.

Customers can also temporarily deactivate their card and reactivate it again if the card is retrieved and interacting through the virtual advisor.

The new banking service will also use Orange France's network of stores to assist customers who prefer human contact. Around 890 specially trained IOBSP (intermediaries in bank operations and payment services) employees will offer services in 140 authorized stores in France.
