The MoU will see Oddo Asset Management (Oddo AM), a subsidiary of Oddo & Cie, work with Guosen on distribution and investment advisory deals.
As part of the MoU, Guosen will act as an advisor on a renmimbi fixed income investment strategy to be managed and distributed by Oddo AM across Europe.
Oddo AM will act as an advisor for a thematic luxury & lifestyle global equity strategy to be managed and distributed by Guosen in Mainland China.
In the investment banking domain, Guosen and Oddo Corporate Finance will advise French companies targeting an IPO in China or Hong-Kong markets but also of Chinese companies seeking access to European equity markets.
