Developed to offer financing services, EnterNext will direct efforts to deliver firm’s optimal visibility and access to investors, and to get businesses to use the stock exchange more once listed.

The launch of the service will be beneficial for Dutch SMEs, as the firm will collaborate with the various stakeholders to make the capital market attractive.

Already covering over 750 firms listed on the regulated markets of NYSE Euronext and NYSE Alternext, EnterNext concentrates on companies which are listed on its European market and whose market capitalization is less than €1bn.

EnterNext CEO Eric Forest said that due to support of NYSE Euronext, market parties and other stakeholders, the company can deliver the right services and make significant contribution to the Dutch business community and economy.

The company will focus on defining and promoting new services and financing possibilities, such as the SME Bond, while actively seeking out companies and acquainting them with the exchange as an alternative source of financing.

The operator manages exchanges in Europe and the US, including the New York Stock Exchange, NYSE Euronext, NYSE MKT, NYSE Alternext and NYSE Arca, and trades equities, futures, options, fixed-income and exchange-traded products.
