Northern Trust has named Teresa Parker as CEO of the Asia-Pacific region, replacing Gregg Behrens, who will retire on November 30, 2009, after 35 years of service at Northern Trust.
Reportedly, Ms. Parker comes to the Asia-Pacific region from Northern Trust’s London office, where she has held leadership roles over the past 15 years, most recently as executive vice president and head of client servicing for Europe, Middle East and Africa. Based in Singapore, she will be responsible for all business activity in Northern Trust’s Asia-Pacific offices, located in Bangalore, Beijing, Hong Kong, Melbourne, Singapore and Tokyo.
