El Khoury is responsible for the management of trading and risk across all equity products, Asia ex-Japan.
He will report to Paul Dolan and John Adair, joint heads of equities for Asia-Pacific and Christian Dalban, global head of equity trading.
The company has also appointed Christopher Carter as head of equity derivatives for Japan oversee sales, trading, and structuring for Equity Derivatives products in Japan.
Carter will report to Norikazu Akedo, head of equities for Japan.
In addition, Shinichiro Eguchi has been appointed head of execution services trading for Japan.
Eguchi will oversee the cash, international equity, programs, and delta one trading businesses, and will report to Akedo.
Nick Heather has been appointed head of execution services trading, Asia ex-Japan, reporting to El Khoury.
Jenny Chiam has been appointed as head of equities, South East Asia reporting to Dolan and Adair.
