Neptune Software, a provider of banking services, has implemented its Rubikon Banking system at TN Bank in Zimbabwe.
Neptune Software said that TN Bank is now live with Rubikon for retail banking, trade finance, treasury, business intelligence and e-banking in its head office and branches.
Douglas Mapuranga, IT director of TN bank said, We chose Neptune and in particular Rubikon because it was superior to every other solution that we looked at. What is important to us is that workflow management, exception management, channel management and data repositories are integrated into the Rubikon banking solutions providing an environment that requires minimal manual intervention.
Patrick Hayward, managing director of Neptune Software, said: Rubikon was chosen by TN Bank, as technology is key to their aspiration to become a super regional bank. Being able to deliver the integrated solutions on which TN Bank can develop and grow their business has been a major step in the evolution of Rubikon. An exercise with military precision was needed to ensure that the live operation of Rubikon was in place to ensure the timely opening of the Bank’s new branches.
