Fiserv said Acumen an open architecture, advanced functionality and the ability to cost-effectively scale as credit unions grow.
Navigant Credit Union president and CEO Gary Furtado said that with its advanced Internet technology, Acumen provides integrated access to data to improve the union’s decision-making power and create superior workflows.
In addition to the Acumen solution, the credit union selected several other Fiserv solutions, including WireXchange for wire transfer processing, EnFact Network Services for fraud detection, ACCEL/Exchange payments network for ATMs and point of sale access.
The credit union also chose Prologue for accounting, Nautilus for document imaging, Prism Analytics for member relationship management, and solutions for item and debit processing.
