Morgan Stanley has named Henry McVey as a Head of Global Macro and Asset Allocation for Morgan Stanley Investment Management (MSIM). Mr. McVey will have portfolio management responsibilities and oversight of MSIM’s Global Macro and Asset Allocation investment team.

Mr. McVey, who most recently was a portfolio manager at Fortress Investment Group, was Morgan Stanley’s Chief US Investment Strategist from 2004 to 2007 and a member of the Firm’s Asset Allocation Committee.

His extensive research, asset allocation and strategy expertise, combined with his top down approach to money management, will be particularly valuable to MSIM as we continue to navigate these challenging markets.”
