MoneyGram vice president for France, Benelux and Africa Guillaume Dewael said they are very pleased to reinstate their money transfer service to Cote d’Ivoire. It is an important service that is much needed and used by many.
"Possibly now more than ever, we know hundreds of people rely on our services for sending and receiving funds for daily needs and we’ve been diligent in our efforts to reinstate our services as soon as possible," Dewael said.
According to the World Bank approximately $177m was sent to Cote d’Ivoire from around the world last year.
